Pasteurizer area cooling concept
All types of product heating and cooling will be done with the help of pasteurizer. It’s having a tube in tube design, one side product, and one side cooling/ heating media. This type of equipment is not having any insulation due to regular maintenance and cleaning activity. Equipment is producing heavy heat due to non- insulated. This area where this type of machine placed is having the major challenge of temp control with lower cost. The area is not suitable to provide air conditioning due to heavy load. We can use 100% fresh air with normal water based cooling & 80% exhaust so that all heat will be removed ones it generated. Select fresh air point at all working zone and exhaust point at the heat generating zone so that air will be travel towards high temp and high temp impact will not possible on operating areas. Food industries required to keep some positive pressure to avoid all dust and unwanted particle entry. Due to positive effect, every cut-out will be throwing air outside with resistance to unwanted particle entry. To avoid any outside dust issues all food processing area required to keep at least 15Pa to 30 Pa positive so that you can avoid it.
