Due to the unique features of the battery there was a huge demand in the market for this product. But the manufacturing line was slow as the parts of the batteries could not be assembled immediately due to high temperature of the components. They had to wait for it to cool down before assembling.
To overcome this issue TATA Green Batteries approached the cooling specialists Weather Controlling Solution India Pvt Ltd (WCSIPL). To meet the client’s objective we first analysed the situation and identified ways to reduce the temperature of the battery components so that the assembly line is not delayed. We provided DX air conditioning system which has multiple stages of cooling. This system was installed to cool battery process & the hot part to quick cool & settled to increase the battery production. Normal case manufacturer required to reduce battery production speed as per hot part, lead & port cooling time.
This solution helped the product to reduce the temperature to 200C which helped in easy of cooling the product in a short span of time and increased the production the system also proved to be energy efficient. Thus increasing the profits
