While making and packing Samosa leaves these leaves have to be cut in different sizes and packed in bunches. To maintain the hygiene level and kill the bacteria and make t product suitable for consumption. Due to the heat and the contains in the Samosa leaves these tend to stick to each other, the client also used normal air conditioning system to cool the samosa leaves but could not maintain unanimous cooling some leaves were over dried and others were wet.
After looking at the situation WCSIPL an expert in heating and cooling solutions came up with a system that was efficient and cost effective. We provided counter cooling of these samosa leaves in reverse path at each stage. The temperature difference was maintained in a stage-wise process. The counter process enabled the air flow to be kept low and not blown directly on the product through this process we maintained a constant delta. The product was cooled from 45 degree Celsius to 25 degree Celsius well within the desired time.
The outcome of the solution after implementation of the system enabled the client to increase production and business in the Samosa leaves department, the quality was not compromised and the time to cool the product was reduced considerably.
