The physical properties of Bournvita are hygroscopic in nature which means that the product absorbs moisture from the environment. This makes the product sticky and does not dispense the right quantity of product while packaging. The client had an issue of packing the right amount in each of its packets.
When the client approached WCSIPL with this issue, we as experts in the area of controlling industrial air conditioning systems, first analysed the situation and based on the problem came up with a solution that would not only solve the problem but provided a system that was energy efficient which helped the client spend less on energy consumption. We provided the client with Precision air conditioning system as it controls the ambient environment by maintaining constant humidity and temperature. We were able to provide a RH of 45 (=/- 5%) and maintaining a constant temperature of 24 degrees Celsius
This helped the client to maintain the quality of the product and meet all the required checks, as a result the production improved and the conditions of the machines were also maintained
